Skill Graph/graph

Multi-agent skills, designed as a graph

Draw the steps, what each one hands the next and the checks between them. Skill Graph checks the plan and compiles it into a Claude Code skill with one subagent per step, or a Cursor rule.

  • Steps that do not depend on each other run in parallel.
  • A fresh-context verifier gates the result before it is used.
  • 10 starter graphs, and a Claude connector that builds graphs from a chat.
  • With Pro, a small classifier we fine-tuned flags gates no checker could decide.

Study any subject with Claude, at your level

A free study connector for Claude, made for the free plan. Claude learns your level, checks each explanation fits you before you read it, and quizzes you on old topics just before you would forget them. Your learner card opens by itself in every new chat.

  • Explanations are checked in code for reading level, sentence length and unexplained words, with a labelled diagram if you learn with pictures.
  • Reviews come back on a schedule, all of them before your exam.
  • A course plan to follow, and the mistakes you made, until you get them right.

Topics (box 1–5 · next review · key idea · what worked · mistakes):
- Newton's second law | box 1 | review 2026-11-03 | idea: The net force on a body equals its mass times its acceleration: F = ma.
- Momentum | box 1 | review 2026-11-04 | idea: Momentum is mass times velocity; it is conserved when no outside force acts. | slip: forgot momentum has a direction

- Circular motion | needs: Newton's second law
- Gravitational fields | needs: Circular motion

The rule files your coding agent reads

Pick your stack or paste your own code, and the studio writes CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, Cursor rules, SKILL.md and Copilot instructions to match. Download one file or the whole kit.

  • 17 formats, from Cursor and Claude Code to Windsurf, Copilot and Gemini.
  • Each file is scored with suggested fixes before you download it.
  • Import an existing .cursorrules or CLAUDE.md and convert it to any other format.
Skill Library/skill

Ready-made skills you can copy

136 skills and rules for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf and Gemini, collected from official and community sources. Read one, copy it, or download it in the format your agent needs.

  • Every entry shows its source, its audit score and the file path it belongs at.
  • Upload your own skill to audit it; it stays in your browser.

CLI/cli

The same rulebooks, from your terminal

npx devscratchpad scaffolds agent guidelines into a repository and audits the ones you have. It has no dependencies, and an audit gate fits in CI.

Terminal

$ npx devscratchpad init

CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .cursor rules, ignore files, llms.txt, ARCHITECTURE.md

$ npx devscratchpad add claude-skills/fastapi

installs one rulebook from the library

$ npx devscratchpad audit --min-score 80

scores every AI rule file 0–100, exits 1 below the line

One rule across all of it

  1. Runs in your browser

Generating, auditing and compiling happen on your device. What you paste or write here is not uploaded. My Level keeps only your learner card, and you can delete it.

  2. No account

Nothing to sign up for. Drafts are kept in this browser's storage, and you can clear them.

  3. No API key

Nothing to configure or pay for. The rule files and skills you get are run by your own agent.

Questions

What is DevScratchpad?
A set of tools that make Claude and coding agents work better: Skill Graph designs multi-agent skills, My Level is a study connector that teaches at your level, AI Skill Studio writes rule files such as CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md and Cursor rules, the Skill Library has ready-made skills, and the CLI installs and audits rule files from the terminal.
Is it free? Do I need an account or an API key?
My Level, the rule files, the skill library, the CLI and Skill Graph for small workflows and every published blueprint are free. Skill Graph Pro, for larger workflows, is a yearly license. There is no account and no API key. Nothing here calls a model on your behalf: the files you get are run by your own agent, and My Level works inside your own Claude.
Is my code uploaded?
No. AI Skill Studio, the Skill Library and the Skill Graph studio run in your browser. The Skill Graph connector for Claude processes a request in memory, stores nothing and logs only tool names. My Level keeps only your learner card, under a private link with no account, and you can delete it at any time.
What is My Level?
A free study connector for Claude, made for the free plan. Claude learns your level, checks each explanation fits you before you read it, and quizzes you on old topics just before you would forget them. Your learner card opens by itself in every new chat. Add it from devscratchpad.tech/my-level.
Which coding agents does it support?
Claude Code (CLAUDE.md, SKILL.md, subagents), Cursor (.cursor/rules), GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Gemini, OpenAI and Codex through AGENTS.md, plus MCP configuration files.
What is the difference between AI Skill Studio and Skill Graph?
AI Skill Studio writes one rule file or skill for your stack. Skill Graph is for work that takes several steps: you lay out the steps, what each hands the next and the checks between them, and it compiles an orchestrating SKILL.md with one Claude Code subagent per step, or a Cursor rule.
Can I use Skill Graph inside Claude?
Yes. Add https://www.devscratchpad.tech/graph/mcp as a connector in Claude or Claude Code. There is no sign-in; Claude drafts and checks the graph and returns a studio link and the files.
How do I use the CLI?
Run npx devscratchpad init to scaffold rule files, npx devscratchpad add <format>/<preset> to install one, and npx devscratchpad audit to score the rule files in a repository. It has no dependencies.
